The project for starting up the Grand Empire Indoor Water Park was stopped because of some difficult reasons in the year 2009. However, the developers have decided to re-open the theme or water park at another location. This theme park will be open for the guests who are staying at the hotel as well as for the general public of Chicago.

However, the admission fees have not been decided yet but sources say that there will be different fee structures for theme parks and Water Park of the Grand Empire Indoor resort.
