The Chicago Cultural Center is a civic centre in Chicago which is also used as a cultural centre to hold different cultural events.
The Center is made up of glass domes and is a centre to hold various events like films, lectures, music, art exhibitions, theatre events, dance etc. The centre has a public library too which became Chicago's first central public library after its completion in 1897.
In 1991, the Center served as the Chicago Cultural Center to hold free municipal cultural events comprising of national and international music, dance and arts of various forms etc. for the public to enjoy.
