Which is the highway in Chicago which is not good to drive on
Post in: Highways Chicago
Though it has fourteen lanes of traffic seven coming from each side, the Dan Ryan (interstate 90 and 94) is the busiest in the state with prolonged traffic jams despite of its width. The Dan Ryan expressway runs through the south side of the city from the circle interchange with I-290 near downtown Chicago.
On each side it has four express lanes and three local lanes along with easy access to exits. So drivers are often suggested not to use Dan Ryan as much as possible and take any alternative routes if they have to reach the destination on time.
