Room was nice and clean - unbeatable location - the on-site restaurant was fine
The hotel staff was always helpful - the hotel itself was very quiet - extra spacious suite
Nice bathroom - it was an easy walk to Millennium Park and Michigan Avenue - the food was great
The late 19th-century style Arts & Crafts interiors were pretty nice - close to metro station - the lobby was huge
